BVRLA Code of Conduct
The British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) is the UK trade body for companies engaged in the leasing, rental and fleet management of cars and commercial vehicles. Being a member of the BVRLA we're required to adhere to their Leasing Broker Code of Conduct which sets out the high standards that they expect their members to achieve in all aspects of the brokering of leased vehicles in the UK. The BVRLA is approved by Government as a Consumer ADR body under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015. If we receive a complaint and our Customer isn't happy with the outcome, we participate in the BVRLA Conciliation Service, which provides a channel for members and their customers to help resolve any disputes that they may have.
It's a requirement of our funding partners that we're a member of the BVRLA. The BVRLA regularly audits us on behalf of our funders to make sure that we're meeting their exacting standards. Whilst we're proud to have never failed an audit, we appreciate its importance as it could result in us being expelled by the association and losing our funders who are key to our business.

Figures are provided both exclusive and inclusive of VAT, depending on whether the agreement is for business or personal use.
